WHAT THE SERVICE PROVIDES
Long-term project leads
We compile information from capital budgets and long-term capital improvements plans to present the most comprehensive overview available of future agencies’ future plans. Our information is based on first-hand research into the plans and intentions of public entities throughout Colorado. We monitor government agencies statewide to provide consultants with advance notice of project opportunities. Projects are listed on our website as we receive information. Each year, the majority of the long-term information is posted by the end of January. The database includes over 1200 projects planned in the current budget year and projected into future years.

CIP Updates
Continually during the year, we contact several hundred agency representatives. Every other month, on the 1st working days of February, April, June, August, October and December, we post notices of projects for which RFQ’s and RFP’s are planned in the following two to three months. We also announce recent consultant along with these regular bi-monthly Updates.

Other Information
The website will include information about how each entity does business with consultants, including:
